Insurance Policy.

As a Web3-based on-demand Delivery-as-a-Service marketplace, we prioritize the safety and security of all participants in our ecosystem. This Insurance Policy outlines the insurance coverage provided to third-party Riders and Drivers who serve both business and retail customers through our platform (referred to as "Kwikpik, " "we," "us," or "our").

By utilizing Kwikpik's delivery services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Insurance Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our services.


  1. Insurance Coverage:

    Optional Customer Insurance Contribution: Customers are required to pay a fee equal to 2% of the declared value of the item(s) being delivered. This fee contributes to the insurance coverage provided byKwikpik for your peace of mind. However, in the event the customer refuses to pay the insurance contribution, Kwikpik shall bear NO liability for any package damage or loss of package. Hence, the customer will have NO right to make a claim.

    Maximum Payable Claim Amount: In the event of a valid claim, the maximum payable claim amount is 90% of the declared value of the goods insured. This coverage helps protect you against loss or damage during the delivery process.

  2. Claims Process:

    Filing a Claim: If your delivery experiences loss or damage covered by our insurance policy, please promptly report the incident toKwikpik through our designated channels. You will be required to provide relevant documentation and evidence to support your claim.

    Claim Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim and verify the details provided. Once the claim is approved, we will facilitate the reimbursement process, up to the maximum payable claim amount.

  3. Coverage Limits and Exclusions:

    Coverage Limits: The insurance coverage provided by Kwikpikis subject to the declared value of the item(s) being delivered and the maximum payable claim amount outlined in this policy.

    Exclusions: Certain situations may not be covered by our insurance policy, such as loss or damage resulting from acts of nature, improper packaging, or undisclosed high-risk items. Please review the terms and conditions of our policy for more information on exclusions.

  4. Customer Responsibilities::

    Declaration of Item Value: Customers are responsible for accurately declaring the value of the item(s) being delivered to ensure adequate insurance coverage.

    Packaging and Handling: Customers are responsible for properly packaging and securing the item(s) to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

  5. Changes to the Insurance Policy:

    We may update this Insurance Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our insurance coverage or legal requirements. We will notify customers of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website or through other communication channels.
